Blink voice is a collective of people that saw an opportunity to innovate in the VoIP space. We noticed the major carrier’s business model left a big opening in customer service. Most carriers just ship phones to client’s without being programmed, leaving the customer to program everything on there own. This process can be difficult and frustrating for the average user, specially when they have to wait on hold for extended amounts of time only to have to explain the issue multiple times to different departments. At Blink Voice we offer a white glove service that leaves every customer with the feeling that they are important enough to be know by name and gives them the confidence in us to be loyal long-term customers.
